The pages are bright and the colors and illustrations are like a new book.
The front cover has writing in pen: Merry Christmas Judith Gayle Fox December 1946
The front pages seem to have some finger prints (see pics)
The binding is very strong
There are some storage marks on the front and back pages, and the corners have good storage marks as well. This book should be considered in excellent condition even with the few marks mentioned above. You would never imagine that this book was 102 years old.

This would make any collector very happy. It could be added to a child's library and kept for the next generation when it will be even more valuable. Fantastic cherished gift.
