This is brand new in the box. It's one of the most beautiful palettes I've ever seen in person, and that's saying an awful lot considering the fact that I have several dozen palettes in my collection. I accidentally ordered 2 of these, which is why I'm selling this one. This is an all metallic duo/multi chrome palette, except for the matte black. That is intended for someone good to put the black on their eyelid under one of the multi chromes since the dark base makes the shades really stand out.
