This is a signed Hattie Carnegie blue topaz in silver starburst design brooch. It is not stamped sterling but most of her jewelry is high end and usually sterling. It has all stones intact and is in amazing condition. Probably circa 1930-1950s. Amazing piece of jewelry. I love to make deals.
