Comes complete with console (SCPH-70001), original OEM Black Sony Dual Shock 2 controller, OEM power adapter with power cable, and Sony OEM A/V cable. I have replaced the laser with an original. I have cleaned and tested this console thoroughly including the fan good and it's in excellent working condition. The console does have some scratches/scuffs/marks on the top and bottom of the housing case/exterior. (These consoles also play PlayStation 1 games.)
