1940s Vintage Med Art Deco Rectangle Carved good 'Amber Yellow Brown' Coat Jacket Dress Buttons-28mm

Circa 1940's, this is a scarce medium set of Art Deco rectangle 'amber yellow brown' coat, jacket, dress or cape buttons.
The colour is overall in 'amber yellow' with mottled tone of brownish red and beige.
The button is made by two layers stuck together maybe by heat process.
The top side is carved and the tunnel shank at reverse side is carved.
These buttons would have been polished after carving them.
The corners are also tapered.....all work only done in buttons of bygone eras.
These buttons are chunky and are about 1cm thick.
No two buttons are alike.
These buttons may be made of Bakelite or celluloid.
I do not test my buttons so please decide for yourself.
The colours make these beautiful 'feature buttons' just right for your autumn or winter clothes.
The colours reminds us of the warm tone of autumn leaves.
They will be perfect for a retro cape or overcoat.
They will be perfect to hold a big shawl or winter scarf.
These are perfect for a retro dress top or dress coat.
For an Art Deco dress costume, they can be adapted/sewn as 'dress clips' for the shoulder.
The shape, its chunky form, the carving and the colours in these buttons make them perfect Art Deco collectibles.
