The exterior fabric of this summer tote is repurposed, new, but vintage, 1970's awning canvas which is super durable and strong. The canvas was washed and dried before creating the tote leaving the canvas with a popular distressed finish. The interior of the tote has not been lined as the cotton canvas is double sided: white one one side; flowered pattern on the other. Decorative patches were added to the front of the tote. On the other exterior side, there are two very generous pockets with mirrored pockets on the interior. The bottom seam of the tote has been double stitched and fell-seam finished. The tote closes with a magnetic snap which was double reinforced when installed. The straps are one-inch canvas from the same fabric, and a key fob of the same strapping is included. The tote is easily collapsible and foldable.
