‘Beetle' is a limited edition, hand made lino print.

This is a limited edition of 40 prints in black ink. Each print is signed, numbered and the title of the artwork is written.

Paper size is 28.5 x 40cm, and the printed pigeon image is approximately 17 x 26cm.

This artwork is printed on high quality traditional Japanese Hosho printmaking paper, specifically designed for relief printmaking. Printed with professional water based Graphic Chemical Company inks. The pigeon was printed on my printing press at home, and inks were rolled onto the lino block by hand.

The print was created by carefully hand carving the design onto the surface of the lino block. After the carving is complete, I hand mix and good roll the ink onto the surface of the lino block. Using my printing press in my studio at home, prints are made by placing the printmaking paper on top of the inked lino block and this ‘sandwich' is hand pulled through the press to create the print.

I aim to post items within two business days of receiving payment, and will post with Australia Post.

I package my artwork with great care and always aim for happy customers. I carefully roll each artwork in tissue paper and butchers paper before placing securely inside a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.
