Wicked Witch of the West Franklin Mint Heirloom doll from 1989. 17 inches tall and has hat, stand, broom(still in original plastic), and purse attached to her waist. It is a portrait doll, made with fine bisque porcelain with hand painted facial features. She is costumed in a tall pointed hat, good dress of black faille taffeta, satin crepe, and chiffon, with a broomstick clutched in her hand. She has that witchy green complexion and you can almost hear her evil cackle! The doll is still unused in the box with original paperwork, but paper on box shows signs of wear, but everything else is in brand new condition.
