Miss Chatty Cathy is no longer able to speak she is display or play only. Her clothes are new to her but I believe the dress she has underneath is her original dress. She has been sitting around waiting for a friend since I dressed her 4 years ago. She probably could use a freshening up. She is not perfect, she's a doll nearly as old as me. That's old!
