Beautiful vintage Scandinavian mid-century pottery bowl in wonderful used condition. Top half of piece is rust brown, has shiny glaze, with black highlights and some roughness. Bottom half of bowl is a dark brown, is unglazed, and rough. Height is 2.5” , width 6”. Top rim rough with itty bitty light colored specks and these are also found throughout bowl. Interior of piece is glazed black color. It is rough. Original sticker on side of bowl. Impressed into the bottom outside is the marker mark which is "Gr" in a triangle, a smokestack next to the triangle, and the word "NORWAY" under the triangle. Also painted onto the bottom in a sand brown color, is "947/466". A small handle is on each side. There is sun glare in the photos. Photos good can be sent to you per request.
