*Everything in the Dead Gentry shop is a vintage or antique item and therefore not in 'new' condition. Most items have normal amount of wear and tear to be expected with age of object unless otherwise noted. At Dead Gentry we seek to find and convey as much relevant information as possible about our items. We also make every effort to photograph the condition of every vintage artifact in the shop from multiple angles in order to provide as much visual information to our patrons as possible. * *If you ever have questions about a Dead Gentry object, please feel free to message the shop anytime and we will seek to provide you with as much available information as possible! *

Etsy prioritizes shops that offer free shipping. Due to this, we provide free US domestic shipping on every item. What this actually means is the cost to ship your item is folded into that item's price which is a great value. Many good establishments don't offer free shipping, so our total price is often less than other retail shops and auction venues!

Check out our online Dead Gentry Collectables videos for more great and fun information on Vintage Collectibles!

Items are Often Insured In Transit at Our Expense. Items MUST Be Returned within 30 days in EXACT SAME CONDITION as received for refund to be possible. You MUST keep your original packaging and be prepared to file an in-person USPS report and work with us to complete filing and return processes with USPS to claim ANY compensation from Dead Gentry due to shipping error/loss/or damage. We carefully package all pieces to ensure your items arrive intact. However, accidents and losses can occur in transit. In the event of damage or loss during shipping you MUST keep the original packaging and supply photos to us of the damage AS RECIEVED in the original packaging. You must also be willing to work with us to track and claim any loss of your shipment. Due to recent changes in USPS policy this may require you to go to your nearest post office IN-PERSON with your damaged product and original packaging or IN-PERSON to file a claim for the item not being received on your end. Insurance claims with USPS can't be submitted by us without these steps on your part and so any unwillingness to comply will make a return impossible. We're very sorry for this rare inconvenience but we do not set USPS policy! Please be willing to work with us as necessary in order to claim any returns/damages or losses or refunds of any kind will not be possible. All of this is rarely necessary as USPS rarely damages or losses packages but we want all of our customers to understand what we at Dead Gentry Collectibles need to be able to serve them best!
