Skipper Beach Blast is from 1989 like Miko who is listed too. The hairpiece changes color in sun and goes back to original color out of sun. Skipper is little sister of Barbie.
Like these other Beach Blast dolls, she has a vison, sunglasses, flying disk, comb. Modern ones won't have these little pieces.

Box is nice except for slight crush lover front. good Skipper has curly bangs, long straight hair and one big ponytail to her left side. Closed mouth.
