Vintage 1993 Looney Tunes TWEETY BIRD Panama Skimmer Hat Cookie Jar. In very good condition with these flaws. The good red paint on the hat has been touched up and a small spots on the yellow hat. With the lid off there are 3 small chips on the inside edge of the body opening that were touched up with yellow paint. See all pics.
