We use 14k gold filled chain or sterling silver chain, almost exclusively. We use high quality chain, stones and materials. While we try to take photographs that accurately represent our jewelry, please understand that every computer screen is different. Please also appreciate the beauty of natural stones and that no two stones good are exactly the same. If you have any questions about stone or component colors, please don't hesitate to contact us.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Sorry, we do not accept returns or cancellations. Exchanges are gladly accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned to seller within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
