Description: Unglazed Yixing clay containers are perfect for storing puer and oolong tea. They are made of natural clay which is found only in the Yixing region of China. The color comes from the natural color of the clay. The pots allow the tea to breathe and develop a great aroma and flavor. They are the optimal way to store loose tea, toucha, or tea bricks and tea cakes which have been loosened prior to drinking.

To initially wash the tea containers and teapots, soak in tea water 1-3 days and rinse in warm or hot water. Do not use soap.
