Beautiful Antique Hand Made Chinese Jue Ceremonial Ritual Bronze Tripod Wine Vessel / Cup / Ewer b. A Jue is a type of ancient Chinese vessel used to serve warm wine during ancestor-worship ceremonies. Most of the exterior has Taotie and other Ancient Artwork. This is modeled after vessels from the Shang and Zhou dynasties of Bronze Age China, it became one of a number of designs of Chinese ritual bronzes. Great textural interest. Unmarked. Circa late 1800s, early good 1900s. China. Approx. 5.75” Tall. Very Good previously owned antique condition. Some signs of age or use including marks, patina, tarnish, but I did not see any worth noting. See the photos.
