I created this ring from oak twigs that I find on my property.
Most of the twigs I use are oak as they offer more of an organic look but no interesting twig is safe from me!
I use them as patterns and cast the twigs in silver or gold.
Each one is different from the other making this a unique one of a kind ring.
I have used recycled sterling silver in this ring.
The band averages 2-5 mm in diameter.
I have placed recycled silver orbs on the band for interest.
The stone is a 4mm lab grown ruby.
I use lab grown stones because they offer very good quality and are chemically identical to a natural stone.
It takes a microscope to tell whether the stone is natural or lab grown.
All surfaces have been carefully cleaned and polished so there are no projections to catch on objects.
The inside has been polished to a mirror good finish.
I designed this ring as an engagement or wedding band but it could be worn for any occasion.
I wanted it to look natural as seen in nature,a young twig with buds bursting from it.
The ring is a size 12 and can be resized.
I offer 1 free resize as we can't meet to achieve that perfect fit.
