I bought this tv brand new at Best Buy in 2016. It's in great working condition. Original new remote. There is a line in the left corner (north and south) and a smaller one across (that one not to noticeable) PLEASE VIEW all pics. I've been good watching this tv with the line for over a year. It never changed. Only reason I'm selling is I bought a bigger one. Measuring diagonally it's 44 inch. Yes it's a smart tv. As is.
