Strange good Art

I picked this item up at a high end estate sale. It sort of unique and strange which is what caught my attention. It has a signature on it but I'm not sure what it says. It has some sort of spot on it on the right side. It's not very noticeable and other good than that it's in good condition. It does makes me a bit uneasy when I look at it so I hope it sells soon!
