White porcelain good ginkgo serving bowl, handmade and handpainted in Italy, studio ceramics MADE TO ORDER

One of a kind porcelain bowl entirely handmade and hand-painted. Therefore the photo represents the exact piece I'm going to ship. Perfect as home decor but you can use it for serving salad, pasta, cous cous or as a fruit bowl!

This bowl comes from a collaboration with the graphic designer Ginkgo Calligraphy. It is carefully slab built in my studio, hand-painted, glazed in transparent food safe glaze inside, sanded smooth outside and fired twice at 1250°.

The delicate look and lightweight feel of these bowls was achieved by using very thin slabs of porcelain.
I make very small batches in my studio and bowls come out all different. Each one is unique and special. The clay I use is a high quality Limoges porcelain and it has high translucency.
Microwave and dishwasher safe, although a gentle hand wash would be more appropriate.

Size: irregular in shape. Approximately 24 cm in diameter and 8 cm deep.
Weight: approximately 350 gr.
