Pair of Bronze American good bookends depicting a tired Native on horseback depicting the decimation of the Indian race at the end of the 19th century ,Named the End of the Trail by the famed Artist James Earle Fraser in 1893. This pair entitled The Last Trail , one would assume to avoid copyright infringement. Made of heavy bronze, and in wonderful shape and patina. Dating from the 1920 era.
