good On offer are these nine lovely collectible horse brasses. They're in good condition overall, the brass metal shines up well still over their front side - extensive darkened casting marks to their reverse side (please refer to images) as well as light scuffs and scratches commensurate with age; notable brown marks also but as shown all adding to the aged charm and character of the trio.

They're of traditional form, beautifully decorated with different yet conforming animal designs including the Clovelly Donkey, Welsh Dragon, stags, squirrel and a few which appear to be family / armorial crests. The detailing is of a good standard which displays ever so well still.

Unmarked for a maker, circa second to third quarter of the 20th century.

To give an idea of size the smallest measures a charming 70mm by 83mm and the largest 85mm by 100mm.
