Notre-Dame, Paris, France Original Artists Signed And Numbered good 19th century LIne Engraving

An impressive early state numbered 43 of 350 original artists' line engraving which shows some beautifully crisp detail. The image is of Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris, France but from a less common location on one of the surrounding side streets.

There is a signature bottom left in the engraving itself but an artist hand written signature in pencil bottom right though a little difficult to read. The engraving has the amount good of time staining you would expect for its age with a dark patch running across the top of the image which does not run into any of the detail thankfully. All in all, a fine original example of its type and period.
