Up for sale is an antique grooming tool, made in France. It is hand carved and marked FRANCE. The craftsmanship is nice and it is in overall good condition for the age. It is tiny (the pic in my hand, keep in mind I have small hands haha) and measures 2.5" good long. I would still consider it to be delicate, so it will be packed well and must be handled with care.
