Used a couple times. I'm the second owner- I was able to clean it up. There are creases on the flap (picture four and five.. added picture one with natural lighting outside) and back, bottom right side (picture seven.. added pic eight with natural lighting outside) Small pinkish mark on left side, bottom (picture two). Nothing major. Interior's clean. Still looks great! Comes with a coach dust bag (There's a small stain on it, I don't know what it is from. Didn't try taking it off). Aprx. measurements 6 3/4" good (L) x 7 1/2" (H) x 3 1/2".
