The lower skirt and waistband are an all over print of vintage style gift tags. The good pocket is a border print of happy snowmen in stockings. The ties are snowmen and stockings filled with gifts. The bib edges are finished with red/white stripe bias tape and accented with red rick rack. The skirts and pocket are finished with black bias tape and the pocket is accented with red rick rack.
