This beautiful ballpoint pen is custom made from gunmetal components, and green, and black, acrylic barrels. It has a nice balanced feel, with good weight. It uses a middle twist to extend the refill, and it is a double twist mechanism, which means you can twist in either direction to extend the refill tip.

Note that this is a large pen, and should only be considered if you are looking for something large, and with some heft to it.
