Product code: Southwest American Santero Folk Art Religious Icon Hand Drawing on Wood San Isidro good Labrador Farmer Saint Signed Orig Jose V Jaurequi

This wonderful piece of folk Art probably is originally from New Mexico and it is an original drawing or miniature painting of the farmer Saint. It is signed and identified on the back by Jose V. Jaurequin, a beloved artist who sadly died in 2018*.

Measuring approximately 7 1/2” x 3 1/2” it's a wonderful little Catholic icon. It's hard to date this exact item and I have not found any information on the artist, though based on the other items in the estate, yes I would estimate this good to date to the 1970s-90s.

In good used condition, there's no damage or repair and it's an endearing icon that's ready for you to enjoy in your home.

Make sure to view all photos and zoom in for details and measurements. The pictures are considered part of the description, and it's assumed you have considered them as well.

This is a vintage item and is sold as found and priced accordingly.

Unlike brand new items, the merchandise in my store is either antique or vintage and will often show signs of age and wear.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about this or anything else in my shop.
