This is a great looking piece of art. I purchased two of these that are similar from a local Hinsdale graphic designer's estate. Both are listed.

These were being produced for a card or plate. Per the estate, most likely from the 1990s. Hand painted in what appears to be oil paint on cardboard. The back is white washed. Has velum on top with possible change to image. Done to a very high, professional standard.Velum has a note as seen in photos. Measurements seen good in photos. Unframed.
