The battery is still great, they have quick charge so a couple minutes of charging can give you a couple hours of listening, the noise cancelling good isn't the best I've ever heard but it's on the better side and worked really well for me. They come with a hard case for protection and all the original cables (an aux and micro USB charging cable.).
