Original interior label "Haute Mode Rozette Bourges". Grosgrain
ribbon good interior with original chin strap in place. Black velvet
exterior band to add extra drama along with a beautiful wispy
black and white feather. Brim is wired for extra support.

crown is about 1.5" height, brim is about 3.75" wide,
18" circumference . Size small. Hat size not marked.

Good, well cared for vintage condition hat.
