This is a Japanese model Nintendo 3DS that has custom firmware. I've installed two emulators but more can be added. There are over good 1000 games installed between the NES and SNES emulators. Menus are in Japanese but there is a way to change it over to the USA edition if you desire. There are tutorials online if you want to go that route but in my experience you can just use Google Lense to translate using your phone's camera. Anything installed via homebrew will be in English. This comes with the charger, a 32gb SD Card, and the console. It works great and is in very good condition. The price reflects this console already being softmodded, which is a great time saver for anyone wanting a custom firmware device.
