All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). I do my best to keep costs low; passing savings on to you.
US Customers: Free Continental USA shipping! Packages totaling 13oz or less ship First Class; anything over uses Priority Flat Rate packages based on the volume size of items shipped. Packages over USD $200 ship Priority Flat Rate with $50 insurance included. For high value orders additional insurance is available at buyers expense, contact me for a quote. With insurance USPS will provide all refunds in the unlikely event that any package is damaged or lost during shipment. If you do not want free standard First Class shipping on smaller orders Priority is available at buyer's expense and will be based contents size if you choose this option. Most items will fit in a Priority Flat Rate small box or package, larger ones & 6+ pipe orders will ship in a medium box. I do my best to check emails regularly and ship packages as soon as possible.
International Customers: please message me for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Paypal purchases only for added security. Worldwide packages under USD $200 ship First Class International; anything over ship with signature required and includes insurance. I can only make an exception to this rule if you have previous Etsy buyer history from other sellers or myself but all the risk is then placed on you. Insurance is highly recommended on high value orders and protects you especially in countries where postal service records are less than reputable. If you choose not to get insurance be aware all risk is then placed on you and I am not responsible for any issues during transit. Orders shipped First Class International packages are only tracked within the United States; once it leaves US territory tracking is not available. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in the same unused condition they arrived; if any pipe has been smoked, returns are only accepted if the item is defective. If the item is damaged by a customer due to improper use, mishandling, dropping, etc. returns unfortunately will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping. Once I receive the package you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping) within one week. Your happiness will always be my highest priority.
