Good Vintage Western Michigan College/University pennant "circa 1950s"

A very rare 1950s Western Michigan College framed pennant. I am not sure what company made this piece but I can date it by the change in name from college to university.
We professionally frame each piece with U/V glass and a nicely cut mat. What a great gift for the soon to be graduate to proudly hang on his or her wall!
