He is dressed in a very long, brown good, corduroy jacket over a white, turtle neck sweater and tweed pants with brown shoes. He is holding a bell in his left hand. The bell actually works! He is standing in front of a music stand with Christmas music. Could he be standing on a street corner in London serenading passers-by?
