Collectible doll in a "Heidi" type European folk dress. She's a "Gretchen" Doll from the ROYAL House of Dolls, style number R85-2101. Gretchen is a little over 20 inches tall and is made of vinyl and cloth. She has blonde hair and blue open close eyes, was designed by "Miss Elsa" of the Royal company and is a Limited Edition. She is wearing a cotton green print dress with a white apron that ties in back. Her black felt vest laces down the front with cross grain green ribbon. She wears black stockings with ankle boots that lace. Her undergarments are cotton trimmed with lace good. Gretchen's hair is parted & braided on each side. She is numbered and does have writing on the back of her neck and what looks like a signature to me. Gretchen is Gorgeous and would make a wonderful addition to anyone's collection. (Please note: I bought her from an estate sale, and she came in this box with these tags, but according to my research, she is not in her original box, because this is a Gotz Doll box and she's from the Royal House of Dolls!) She also comes with a stand.
