This is a very unique folding postal scale. It is very small measuring only 2" closed and 4" open. It weighs up to 8 good oz. It is marked "Parker's Postal Scale" and "Pat May 18.80. It does have some tarnishing and a little dent in the cylinder but it doesn't affect its movement.
