Vintage copper mixing bowl, great for egg whites, meringue, sauces, baking or just whipping something up. This good is on the professional end, made to use, this did not sit out just for display it was used for its intended purpose. The outside of this bowl has a slightly ribbed/textured so it does not slip from your hand as much, look at pic#7. The top rolled edge is thicker than your standard mixing bowls that are used for display. We have not polished, the interior was this way, there are some stains to it. There are also some swirl marks inside from stirring and whisking, nothing deep just surface. Personally love the patina, minor stains on the exterior of the bowl. The underside of the rolled edge is very clean. There are no dents, very minimal scratches. Total capacity of this bowl is 5 1/2qts++ to the top which is full, 2-2 1/2 qts is doable/usable more of a comfort zone. There are no markings on this bowl.
