Maintenance:
• Do not soak or wash your board in a dishwasher.
• Hand wash, wipe away excess water, then allow to air dry.
• When you board begins to look dull re-apply mineral oil and/or the conditioner of your choice. I recommend Howards Butcher block conditioner.
