Antique good French 6" Stoneware Jug, Beautiful French "St Uze" Porcelain Stoneware Jug Or Pitcher, Grey/White Glaze & Cobalt Blue Flowers Decor
I am offering this totally charming traditional French stoneware antique jug or pitcher sourced from a flea market here in southern France.
This very collectable pottery is most famously produced by a village called St Uze in the Rhone valley. This is a lovely older example dating from the early 20th century.
It is made from porcelain stoneware and therefore has a gorgeous white/grey colour and appearance. Once you have held a piece of this pottery in your hands you will understand the attraction!
A beautiful floral decoration in cobalt blue is generously applied to the pot, spout and handle.
A fine example to grace any room or a lovely piece to start a collection.
