Good Vintage Emme Boutique 1940s to 1950s Feather Circular Black Satin Hat

Vintage 1940s to 1950s Emme Boutique black satin circular hat accented with a cluster of feathers on either side. Either side of the inside of the hat a small brown comb attached to it. In excellent condition.

7" from front to back
12" wide including feathers
