Near Mint Not absolutely perfect. So if youre looking for perfect. I suggest Mint and not Near Mint when searching. As Near Mint can have 3 minor flaws. This Blastoise's only flaw is very minor edge whitening on the back. The Front of the card is almost flawless. No scratches.. The back only has some minor edge whitening. I personally believe this card would grade no less than a 9. Maybe even 9.5 (I JUST WANT TO BE COMPLETELY TRANSPARANT WITH ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING ANY OF MY ITEMS.)
