ENERGY HEALING OVERVIEW

Here's a general overview of how purchasing this healing works. After your purchase, within 2-3 business days, I will set aside about an hour of my time for your session. Since healing can be done remotely, we can both work on our own time. I recommend you also give yourself an hour to relax and drop into the experience. If there's something specific you'd like me to focus on, let me know beforehand.

Here's what I'll do during the session. It looks a lot like meditating. First, I deeply ground and center myself. Then, I will tune into your energy. Purchase of the session gives me consent to do this. I will take a look at your whole energy field. Then, it usually becomes apparent where and how energy would like to move. For most of the session I will sit with this process.

It's important for you to know that in truth you are healing yourself, and I am acting as a guide and an anchor. The universe will meet you exactly where you are good, and energy will move through your system in the perfect way for this present moment. In my experience, energy healing is the most universal, simple, and powerful way to return to yourself and spirit.

When I feel the energy healing is complete, I will end the practice, and then I will write a brief summary of whatever I perceived on my end. This usually has to do with the emotions stored in different parts of your body/energy centers, and possibly messages coming through from your higher self and guides. I'll email this to you, and if it prompts further questions, please feel free to let me know.
