Made entirely of cedar, except for the decorative items and painted with outdoor grade paints. The stickers and letters are adhesive and have been coated in 3 layers of brush on acrylic as well as the housing. No chemicals are used in the interior. There's a door on the back to access the inside for periodic removal of old nests. There's a false bottom that can be removed to clean out old nests as well as giving the interior the proper dimensions for the housing interior.
The entire display stands 13 1/2 inches. The interior floor size is 5 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches with a 1 1/4 inch entrance.
The base is 8" X 7 1/4".
Daisy Made Birdhouses should be post or stand mounted or a sturdy L bracket may be used. This birdhouse should me mounted in a covered environment to keep water rain water from collecting in good the cone tray and to keep the decoration colorfast.
