Includes establishments such as machine embroidered parrots; bandanna ruffles and patches. I left the broken zipper to good give it character. Buttons at the top with one original button.

Measures flat: Hip/ waist 17" Length without ruffle 6" and with ruffle 9" Back Center 8"
