Vintage jewelry box hand painted in black and decorated with pink, blue and green floral rice cloth paper. Edges and trim have been highlighted with gold gilding wax. Original lining and has been removed and relined in bright pink velvet lining. Gold pedestal feet have been added to base. Three drawers open for jewelry storage, one of them houses a ring slide and divided sections.

My creations are pre-owned, rescued from thrift stores and usually vintage. Each jewelry box has been refurbished and lovingly brought back to life. As is often the case with vintage pieces, there may be some imperfections and minor signs of wear. I feel this gives them character and lends itself to their unique, one of a kind treasure status.
