Maskcara (Seint) Brushes - gently used/good condition -May have small scratches, staining, or markings that don't effect function - brushes have been cleaned & sanitized good, but may not be perfectly clean. Sometimes it takes multiple times to get them perfectly clean. Would recommend cleaning once you receive it for extra measure! - this is the older style brushes that are better quality. - Discontinued and no longer available.
