Crazy strip quilted table runner; multiple mini quilts, combined into the center of a festive holiday table runner. Pieced strip quilting--cut and re-pieced to create the vertical and horizontal elements--include multiple piecing techniques in the center pieced detail. This beautiful textile art table runner--which includes some vintage fabrics, and metallic accented fabrics--would add a lovely holiday touch added to any living space--and protects the table surface too! The body is a collage of pieced quilts, padded and embroidered in gold rayon for added texture and detail. Small snowflake embroidery enhances the narrow red banding, the wide green banding features candy canes and ribbons--and is repeated as the backing. Narrow red striped fabric accents the edges and good curved corners.
