A personalisation form will be sent to you post-purchase by a member of our team, within 1-2 working days. Once you have submitted your text details, a digital proof will be sent to you within 3 working days for you to approve the design. 2 digital proofs are included in your order, and any extra rounds of proofing are subject to a design fee. The overall production and delivery time of your piece is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the form and proofs.

As a guide, please allow at least a minimum of 4 weeks from purchase to delivery. This total time can increase dramatically during our peak wedding seasons, so we recommend ordering well in advance to reserve your place in the production queue. You can then submit your text details 4-6 weeks before good your wedding.
