Uppy-Down! fringed cowl. 100% Hand painted skinny Egyptian cotton warp in shades of purples, silver, natty, aqua, and yellow. Natty 100% skinny Egyptian cotton weft. Approximately 15" wide, with wrap width diameter. Has good fringe along half of the edge with the other half raw edged.
